Register for Online Access

To register for our Patient Portal, you will need:

  • Your NHS number (found on prescriptions or previous NHS letters)
  • A form of photo ID
  • Proof of address

How to register

Visit reception with your ID documents and ask to register for Patient Portal access. You will receive a registration letter with your login details within 5 working days.
