How to book

You can book appointments in the following ways:

• Online — log in to our Patient Portal or use the NHS App
• By phone — call 0117 428 9100 (lines open 08:00-18:30 weekdays)
• In person — visit reception during opening hours

Appointment types

Routine GP	10 minutes
Extended GP	20 minutes (request at booking)
Telephone	Available same-day
Practice Nurse	15-20 minutes
Urgent on the day	Call at 08:00

Cancellations

If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. In the last 12 months, 847 appointments were wasted due to patients not attending (DNAs).

Out of hours

If you need medical help outside surgery hours, please call NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.
